Tiling & Slating Pitched Roofs

We install and repair every kind of pitched roof, in clay, concrete or natural slate. Laid on new battens over a breathable membrane, so it sheds water the way it should. 02

Fibreglass Flat Roofs

Laid wet over a new deck, a fibreglass roof cures into one sheet with no seams or laps to lift, which is why a well laid one lasts decades. We are Restec trained and approved, so the work can carry their 20 year materials guarantee. 03

Felt Flat Roofs

Three-layer torch-on and traditional pour-and-roll felt, with mineral finished caps that stand up to sun and frost. On a garage or an outbuilding it is often the sensible choice, and it goes on quickly. 04

Fascia, Soffit & Guttering

We take the old boards off rather than cap over them, so you can see what the timber underneath is doing. New uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering, sized and set to the right fall. 05

Chimney Repairs

Repointing, new flaunching, pots and cowls, rebuilds, and removal where a stack is no longer used. The lead around the stack gets renewed at the same time, because that is usually where the water was coming in. 06

Leadwork

Flashings, valleys, lead gutters and dormer work, dressed by hand in the right code of lead. Done properly it outlasts the roof around it. 07

New Roof Installation

A new roof is a big spend, so we set out exactly what we strip, what we replace and what we leave behind. Clay, concrete or natural slate, on new battens over a breathable membrane. 08

Roof Repairs

Leaks, slipped and cracked tiles, storm damage, failed flashing and worn flat roofs. We trace where the water is actually getting in first, and we will tell you if a repair is the wrong answer.

Being trained and approved by them means we fit their systems exactly the way they’re designed to be fitted, and that unlocks a guarantee an untrained roofer simply can’t offer.

Restec is a British manufacturer of GRP fibreglass and liquid flat roofing systems. Installers they have trained and approved fit the system exactly the way Restec intends, and only those installers can register the roof to activate Restec’s 20 year materials guarantee. An untrained roofer cannot offer it at any price.
A properly installed fibreglass roof is designed to last decades. There are no joints or seams for water to find, and it needs virtually no maintenance once it’s on. On Restec’s Flexitec and GRProof systems the manufacturer’s materials guarantee runs to 20 years when the roof is registered with them.
